In order to ensure a streamlined process the night of the party, all designs must be pre-selected. All designs must be completed within 72 HOURS of your scheduled party.


Payment for your reservation is due no later than 72 HOURS prior to your event date. *Reservations for custom designs must be made no later than 10 days prior. 


All of our current sign designs are shown in the item listing for each party.  To book your reservation, please click on the design you want, and proceed to the checkout. Please be sure to provide any specific information needed for your design in the note section at checkout. 


Please use code WORKSHOP at checkout to remove the shipping charges. 


Designs will not be cut until payment has been received. Payments not received within 7 days of the event date will result in cancellation of your reservation.



General parties will start at 6 pm, unless otherwise noted.  The average time to complete your sign is about 2.5-3 hours. During that time you will be staining or painting your boards with a base coat, applying your stencil, and painting your design. Throughout the entire process I will be walking you through each step, helping you use proper technique, and answering any questions you have. There will be some downtime as we wait for the stain and paint to dry. While I cannot legally supply you with alcohol, you are more than welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. I will have some non alcoholic drinks and snacks available as well. If there is an appetizer you would like to bring to share, you are more than welcome to do so.



1. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol at our workshops. Ooh and Aah Designs-Create does not sell, store or give away alcohol. It is suggested that those groups drinking alcohol have a designated driver.

2. You may bring in food/snacks- depending on location of event.

3. Ooh and Aah Designs will not bear liability for obvious risks and for risks that Ooh and Aah Designs cannot control.

4. Chalk paints and water based stains will wash off hands but will stain clothing. Please dress appropriately. We are not responsible for damage to clothing. We do provide aprons but they do not cover everything.

5. Ooh and Aah designsis not responsible for personal effects while on our premises.

6. The fee to attend is for use of the facility, wood, stencil, stain, paint, supplies, and for instruction only.

7. Ooh and Aah designs reserves the right to publish pictures of student artists on our website, social media and/or advertisements.
